Order Processing Time
The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. For details, see individual items.
* Art prints are generally shipped within 1-3 business days of order.
* Gift items, especially if they are handmade originals, ship within 3-5 days of order.
I'll do my best to meet these shipping estimates but cannot guarantee them. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method. All packages are shipped USPS First Class.

Shipping + Handling Rates (U.S. and Canada ONLY at this time)
All shipping and handling are calculated for you at checkout based on the dollar figure range of your total purchase. International shipping is ONLY available to Canada at this time. I am growing our shipping options. Please be patient as I work out the options. Thank you.

International customers, I'm working on shipping options. When available, please allow up to 30 business days for orders to arrive overseas. In most cases, it arrives much earlier.

Indigojade Creative, LLC is not responsible for customs, VAT, or any duty or tax added once the package arrives at your country. We will not put any other value on your package other than the actual value of the merchandise.

Due to the nature of the work being printed on demand, I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations. Please contact me if you have any problems with your order delivery. I'm happy to work with you.
